Hospital-Level Anesthesia, Delivered In-Office

Board-certified MD anesthesiologist bringing full monitoring, medications, and airway management to your practice so your patients sleep comfortably and awaken quickly with no anesthetic side-effects.

Airflow Anesthesia provides general anesthesia and deep sedation for dental and podiatry offices across North County San Diego from Fallbrook to Poway. We bring the equipment, medications, oxygen, and emergency readiness you expect in a hospital without leaving your office. Patients rest peacefully and typically awaken quickly, ready to head home with minimal nausea and, in many cases, no opioids required.

Why Practices Choose Us

Hospital-Grade Safety

Hospital-Grade Safety – Full ASA monitoring, crash-cart meds, advanced airway management including nasal intubation.

Efficient Cases

Faster, easier procedures with a calm field and predictable emergence, even for multi-hour cases.

MD-Led Care

ICU-trained, board-certified anesthesiologist comfortable with ASA I–III and medically complex patients.

Chronic Pain or Opioid Tolerant patients benefit from our use of Ketamine. We reliably anesthetize even the most opioid-dependent patients.

For Patients

What will I remember?

Most people remember little to none; many describe it as “time travel” from before to after the procedure.

How will I feel after?

Temporary sleepiness/dizziness/nausea are possible for 12–24 hours; follow home-care instructions and avoid driving, signing legal documents, or alcohol for 24 hours.

Do I need to fast?

Yes—follow NPO guidance (e.g., 2 hours for clear liquids, 8 hours for solid meals) exactly.
